Peachey’s Property Management & Developments is a limited company run by brothers, Liam and Adam, who seek to help consumers into accommodation.
We operate by having a strong relationship with our clients. Communication is very important to us and once contact has started, we focus all our attention on you and your property.
What We Do
Peachey’s Property rent out properities on a room by room basis, known as HMO’s.
We manage HMO’s for Landlords/Investors and we can source tenants for Landlords/Investors.
We can source properties for investors anywhere in the UK.
We offer different investment package deals ranging from £5,000 to £35,000, which would more than double your investment in 3-5 years depending on the package deal.
We can help you buy your next home or help you sell your existing one.

Co-Founder and Director
Liam brings a wealth of both hands on and customer service experience and is keen to put these into practise. Liam is enthusiastic about ensuring both landlords and sellers are supported at all times whilst in business with Peachey’s Property.
Adam Peachey
Co-Founder and Director
Adam initially worked as a mechanic and spent many an hour working on and fixing motor vehicles, before moving into the residential property management and development sector. Adam has a very good eye for detail and strives to get the most out of every property.
